Hose bib located by the garage is not properly sealing, bib needs to be replaced asap. I will have to re-pipe two 1/2” pex water line for the bib and 1/2” cpvc water line that’s feeding another fixture in the home. The previous plumber tied the fixture in after the shutoff valve for the hose bib, so when you shutoff the hose bib off it also kills water to the fixture. Could not determine which fixture the 1/2” cpvc water line was feeding because the homeowner was not home, I only had access to the crawl space. Installed new frost free hose bib on the side of the home and re-piped 1/2” cpvc water lines that ties into the 1/2” pex water line. Now if there’s ever an issue with the hose bib and we have to shut the water off to it will not affect the 1/2” cpvc line that’s feeding the dog feeder. New hose bib is working as it should at this time with no issues or leaks, the rear hose bib is also working as it should at this time with no issues or leaks. Emailed copy of invoice to homeow

Visually inspected plumbing for finished basement bath, basement wet bar sink and 1st floor walk in tub. At this time I found 3 items that stick out. 1) accordion drain on bar sink 2) bar sink waste line 3) no mixing valve on the wall in tub.

Cleared hallway bathroom toilet blockage with Milwaukee auger, toilet is operating/flushing as it should at this time with no issues. Emailed copy of invoice to homeowners email. **Offered to look at the well pump while I was onsite, but the homeowner did want it done at this time. They are currently saving up to get a new well drilled for the home since the existing is constantly running out of water.
